You must be personal, trust worthy, conscientious, hardworking and have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with the customers and the Head office. Your duties will include tasks such as general repairs, dealing with emergencies, fault finding and remedial works as well as preventative and reactive maintenance. You will have to undertaking works safely and in the most cost-effective and efficient way. Ensuring high-quality repairs are delivered at all times to our Customers. Your offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (known as a DBS check).
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum with commissions + Bonus in line with performance.
